Richard was the youngest qualified and registered personal trainer in Australia. At 18 years old he went on to be the owner of Australia's First Private Fitness Studio Personal Best". This studio was the first studio to offer small group fitness as well as Personal Training. After a successful sale of the studio in 2001 he took his career overseas on both American and English passenger cruise liners, in which he presented health, wellness and nutritional seminars, as well as fitness programs to thousands of passengers on board throughout Europe, Alaska, Caribbean and Mexico.

Richard returned to Australia and drew his focus heavily in the areas of health and wellness for families, with his passion in the area of children and adolescence. In 2004 he started Lifestyles Corporate Wellness www.corporatewellness.com.au which was to become one of Australia Largest and leading nationwide health and wellness companies. Specialising in Corporate Wellness programs such as Seated Massages, Seminars, Health Expos, Corporate Fitness, Health Checks and Executive Fitness Training.

In 2007 Richard went to the US to live, learn and study with some of the world’s best internet marketing minds, to ensure that his health message could expand and reach many more people online.

Joey is a Fitness Specialist who has been in the health and wellness field for over 10 years. Her experience is extremely diverse. She holds two diplomas, a Bachelor of Physical Education and Bachelor of Education, is a Zumba Instructor and in 2011 is the host of Feel Good TV.

Throughout the time Joey has been in the health and wellness industry she has worked with a variety of people in the community ranging from teaching children from the ages of three – 18 years old specializing in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education primary/elementary, and secondary), Special Education and Dance. She has coached many kids sporting teams such as hockey, swim squad, softball, cricket, volleyball, basketball and netball teams.

In 2002 Joey established her own business spreading the word of Fitness to kids through “Happy Kids Fun Parties” which provided birthday parties for children, with the aim to promote parties that are fun yet active and healthy too.

In 2004 she started the Aussie Kids Rock band Kids4Life, www.kids4life.com.au. Where Joey entertained and educated kids on the importance of being active, good nutrition, positive self esteem, goal setting through live shows, her CD “Be wat you wanna be” and DVD “K4L’S Best Day Ever!”.
