Illustration Submissions

Please read our submission guidelines below carefully and complete the form below to submit your artwork. 

This process is applicable to submission of illustration proposals for books AND Tarot, Oracle and Affirmation card sets. It can be a finished product idea or your portfolio to show your interest in getting your work published.

Please note that you do not need to submit text or a manuscript unless you also write the text for your project. However, it would be helpful to explain your art and the message you are trying to convey with your art.

Rockpool is interested in talented illustrators of all kinds whether it is hand-painted artworks, digital or a combination.

Please note that we do not accept any works that are solely generated by AI software.

Your proposal must be submitted through the form below and adhere to the requirements.  

  1. Attach a clear and concise covering letter. Include a short synopsis of the material and why you are submitting your work to Rockpool.
  2. If you have a product idea in mind, please outline the idea and structure. 
  3. Artwork must be created by you. If it is a collaboration with other/s, please specify the details of the arrangement.

 TIPS

  1. Before making your submission, please take a look at our previously published books/card sets to understand the type of artwork we are interested in, and if we have already published in your genre/style then please tell us why your material is different. 
  2. Please keep it brief and to the point.
  3. As it can take a long time to bring projects to life, please be patient.
