Dr. Sybil Geldart, an expert in human behavior, and the author of the book Alone time : embracing solitude for health and well-being, Reclaiming your Alone Time: Using Solitude to Rejuvenate Yourself will demonstrate how to create and maintain a personal space that enables you to enhance your goalsetting skills, your self-knowledge, a deeper understanding of others, among many other benefits that boost mental wellbeing.
